Well i did a test of my packet transfer, my ping,as well as ping plotter.. 1. The ping never goes over 90-100ms and is steady. 2. My ISP is good (if not great), read ample upload/download speed. 3. I've never experienced this until 3-4 patches...

And another vote for: Formation has only any meaning if you're actually shielding someone from something or protecting it.. as long as the line of fire doesn't matter and misiles/gunfire can pass through anything it really doesn't matter.. not ...
